Dod, une épicerie fine au concept savoureux
/dans Gastronomie /par Florence BernardinBoth top-of-the-range fast food and grocery, Dod (for Dish of the Day) offers an atypical concept. A central kitchen allows to watch the cooking of recipes, whereas sections give you everything you need for any moment of the day. Themes speak for themselves: An aperitif with friends?, At Granny’s, Marco & Francesca, At the farmer’s, At the cellarman’s… and also Little Sweets and All Chocolate. With a live « show » and a large choice of quality products that you can eat in or take away, Dod should become an address for the gourmet, who will enjoy home deliveries and cooking lessons soon.
