After Madrid and Berlin, the collection « Les Pintades » attacks another capital. While Vladimir Poutine has been fraudulently elected President of Russia, journalist Madeleine Leroyer publishes Une vie de pintade à Moscou, an enlightening essay in which she reveals the secrets of women from Moscow. In turn superficial, charming, annoying, clever, militant, these women seem to be modern heroines, claiming that beauty is a women’s right, and fighting in a world steeped in Soviet traditions. Fashion, sex, relationships between men and women, marriage, children, work… They talked about everything with Madeleine Leroyer who also gives in her book some personal thoughts about life in Moscow and a complete address book.

The bow tie – sign of recognition of his collections – has been chosen to represent the sesame to open the doors of Cointreau Privé. In the shape of a brooch, this « pass » gives access to the elegant club, bathed in a retro atmosphere, where members registered on the website will enjoy thematic evenings and discover cocktails created for the occasion…

A body, a mysterious inscription, a disillusioned cop… The framework of Dan Waddell’s first novel would be classical if the author wasn’t interested in genealogy. Thinking that the past influences your personality, the hero is helped by a genealogist whose research allows to connect a criminal case dating back to 1879 with the murder, maybe the first of a series. Family secrets and crimes from the past are the main ingredients of this original story.
