Then, a cosy lounge allows customers to feel like home. Leather chairs and spacious cabins with panne velvet curtain are there to make them feel comfortable. Un menu de Saint-Valentin à partager au Mini Palais

A l’occasion de la fête des amoureux, les chefs Eric Frechon et Stéphane d’Aboville ont imaginé un menu où tout se partage à deux, de l’entrée au dessert qui seront servis au centre de la table. Au menu de ce dîner : gambas au saté et pak choï; volaille au vin jaune, asperges vertes et morilles; baba géant au vieux rhum… Chaque couple quittera ce dîner étonnant en emportant un souvenir : la surprise du Chef pour le petit-déjeuner du lendemain matin. Une aubaine pour les gourmands !
On the occasion of Valentine’s Day, chefs Eric Frechon and Stéphane d’Aboville have imagined a menu to share, from starter to dessert, that will be served in the middle of the table.
