Swiss offre en Business et First Class les spécialités du chef Lampart

Dès cet automne, Swiss, la compagnie aérienne nationale helvétique, régalera ses passagers long-courrier de Business et First Class avec des créations culinaires de Reto Lampart, chef étoilé de son propre restaurant, le Lampart’s d’Hägendorf. Apprécié pour sa cuisine française classique d’inspiration méditerranéenne, qui lui a valu 2 étoiles Michelin et 17 points GaultMillau, Reto Lampart est aussi l’un des « Grand Chef Relais & Châteaux ». Ainsi, de septembre à début décembre le canton de Soleure s’invitera à bord des vols long-courriers de la compagnie pour offrir aux passagers Business et First Class de déguster des plats de haute qualité tels que homard à la mousse de carotte ou paupiettes de volaille aux herbes. Les menus s’accompagneront de fromages et de vins de la région de Soleure.

Swiss (Switzerland’s national airline) is offering its long-haul First and Business Class guests culinary creations by top Swiss chef Reto Lampart this autumn. Lampart is chef de cuisine at his own Lampart’s restaurant in Hägendorf, Canton Solothurn. From September until the beginning of December, SWISS First and SWISS Business travellers on long-haul services from Switzerland will be offered culinary creations from Lampart’s restaurant in Hägendorf, near Olten. The kitchen of executive chef Reto Lampart serves up classic French cuisine with strong Mediterranean accents, and has been awarded two Michelin stars and 17 GaultMillau points. Reto Lampart is also a « Grand Chef Relais & Chateaux ». Swiss Business guests will enjoy delights such as smoked trout tartlet or fillet of sole with Swabian potato dumplings and saffron sauce, while Swiss First travellers can sample such treats as lobster with carrot mousse or chicken and quail roulade. The meals are accompanied by local cheeses and wines from the same region in Northwest Switzerland.
